Most of our necklaces and bracelets are handmade by us. Please allow 1–3 business days for production and dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
We are not responsible for lost packages! However, we will do our best to assist you where possible, without guarantee.
RETURN
Are you not happy with an order item? Or do you want to return it for another reason?
That is not a problem! You can return your order in the 14 days after you receive it.
The return shipment is at your own risk!
Important: Due to hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Conditions:
- The jewelry must not be worn or damaged (if it does, it will be deducted from the voucher)
- Personalized jewelry can not be returned
- A good explanation of why you are returning it
After getting the item back ,we will give you a voucher. (We will not refund the costs to return the item)
